Hampton Inn in Seneca looking for Workers

The new Hampton Inn and Suites in Seneca is almost complete and they are currently looking for job applicants.  At Tuesday night’s Seneca City Council meeting, Hampton Inn District Manager Sherrie Cobb gave an update on the hotel, explains Seneca Mayor Dan Alexander.  “She came and gave us an update on the hotel.  It should be open in the next few weeks.  They are interviewing people down in Clemson at the hotel they own there.  All the furnishings are getting ready to start coming in.  Ms. Cobb has been very involved, I know I have seen her at lots of events and she really has taken part of being a part of this community and we really do appreciate that.  We are just looking forward to the hotel opening, she just gave us an overview of it and it is going to be a great addition to Seneca.  We are looking forward to working with her.  They did say they still had lots of openings and are taking applications.  They said if we knew anybody that was interested in a job to send they that way and they would be glad to interview them.”   Those interested in working for the new 100-room hotel in Seneca should apply at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Clemson.  The hotel is still targeting a September 17th opening, though that date could change.
