Hundreds attend Home, Health and Life Expo

Hundreds of people attend 94.1 The Lake’s Home, Health and Life Expo on Thursday, Oct. 19, at the Shaver Recreation Center in Seneca. The event offered residents the opportunity to learn more about the local business community. 94.1 The Lake General Manager Brandon Kessler was very pleased with the event and thanks everyone who took part in it. “We were extremely pleased with the turnout this year. We had over 70 businesses there and nearly 500 people came through to learn more about the business community. We want to thank so many people that made it possibly, especially the City of Seneca, its been great working with them and utilizing the Shaver Complex, which is just perfect for these type of events. We had a lot of people come through and say they were brand new to the area and this was a great opportunity for them to come in and learn a lot more about the business community and also healthcare that is available to them. So, again we had a great turnout. We will be doing it again next year in October. We have two signature events that we do each year, which are the Senior Living Expo as well as this Home, Health and Life Expo, so we really look forward to it again next year.” At the expo, members of the community enjoyed free wine tastings, craft beer tastings, steak and shrimp samples as well as great prizes from the vendors in healthcare, home remodeling, real estate, banking and more.
