Hundreds Turn Out for Annual Race for the Green
Hundreds of runners and families filled Seneca’s Shaver Recreation Complex on Saturday morning for the City of Seneca’s annual Race for the Green, which featured a children’s fun run, 5K, half marathon, and two-person half marathon relay.
In the 5K, local standout Thomas Donovan, a 14-year-old boy from Seneca, SC, took first place overall with an impressive chip time of 17:35.
