Kentucky Man Facing Drug Charges in Oconee; Seneca Man Charged with Weapons Violation

A Seneca man is being held at the Oconee County Detention Center on $5,000 bond after is arrest Monday morning. Deputies charged 39 year-old Hasheem Kenneth Williams of a Padgett Street address with tampering with a utility meter and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Also on Monday, Sheriff’s Deputies charged 28 year-old Daniel Brooks Pope of Seneca with Distribution of Methamphetamine. His bond was set at $10,000. And a Middlesborough, Kentucky man is out of jail on bond after he was arrested Monday by Oconee County Deputies, too. 55 year-old Ricky Owens was charged with possession of marijuana, open container violation and distributing dangerous drugs.
