Man arrested for Assault and Battery

The Seneca Police Department reports the arrest of 33-year-old Charles Antonio Clark of Seneca for assault and battery in the second degree and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature in connection to cases back in May and June. The first incident took place on Lindsay Road and the second on North Hunter Street. Clark allegedly used a bladed weapon to stab the victim on Lindsay Road and a baseball bat to strike the victim on North Hunter Street.
