Man charged in Seneca Hit and Run

The Seneca Police Department reports the arrest of a 25-year-old man in connection to a hit-run accident at East Main Street and Lindsay Road on Dec. 2. Justin Lee Lucio of Seneca stands charged in the nighttime accident that occurred near the Fair Oaks apartments, which is where Lucio lives.
