Man Charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct

According to arrest records from the Oconee County Detention Center, on Tuesday Sheriff’s Deputies charged 45 year-old Richard Bryan White, Jr of Westminster with First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct or Attempt with a minor under age 11 years. He remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center awaiting bond proceedings.
