Man pleads Guilty to Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor

On Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, the 10th Circuit Solicitor’s Office reports that Daniel William McElreath of Kentucky plead guilty in Oconee General Sessions Court to criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the second degree and was sentenced to serve 25 months in prison. He was arrested two years ago as part of an investigation into child sex crimes in the Westminster area. The sentence also comes with five years probation, mandatory registration as a sex offender and no contact with the victim.
