Morton found Guilty by Seneca Jury

On Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, a Seneca jury returned a guilty verdict against Tori Diana Morton for simple possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to serve 30 days or pay a fine of $615. It was a four-day trial and brought to an end an aspect of a police drug sting in which Zachary Hammond was shot dead in the back parking lot of a Bypass 123 restaurant.
