New home development in the works

The Oconee Planning Office confirmed this afternoon that a new Lake Keowee home development, as many as 250 lots, is in the works—the result of last week’s land deal involving Crescent Communities and as many as three limited liability companies. Josh Stephens of the planning office says his office has on file documents, available for public perusal, that show the developers plan home development on both sides of McAlister Road.
