New Thornwell Village Shopping Center to Feature Target

Oconee County is set to welcome a new shopping center, Thornwell Village, with Target as the anchor store. Phase 1 of the development, as confirmed by County Council Chairman Matthew Durham in a Facebook post, will include four junior anchor tenants, five smaller shops, and seven outparcels. However, Durham has dispelled rumors about the inclusion of Costco and Sam’s Club in the project, which reportedly will be twice the size of Hartwell Village.
