OC Chamber announces Celebration for Hobby Lobby

The Oconee County Chamber of Commerce hosts a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration for Hobby Lobby. It takes place on Monday, April 23, at 9am. Hobby Lobby is located at 201 Applewood Center Place in Seneca.
