OC Deputies make early Saturday Morning arrests
The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office made multiple arrests early Saturday morning after noise complaints during a large party near Seneca. Deputies were dispatched to a location on Seneca River Road near Martin Creek Road around 12:30am October 19th on the complaint that had been received. According to an incident report, when deputies arrived on the scene, they reported that the party was “completely out of control.” The party was then shut down due to excessive noise and as people started to leave, the road became blocked, so officers remained on the scene to help with traffic control due to the amount of vehicles and individuals who were intoxicated. Some of the subjects continued to make their way into the roadway, where they were advised four times by the officers through their PA system to stay out of the roadway or they would be arrested. Four of those individuals were arrested after being told repeatedly to stay out of the roadway. The four individuals, 20-year-old Camden Holdridge Alder of 220 Elfwing Lane in Central, 21-year-old Tanner Lewis Garrity of 193 Ocean House Road in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, 19-year-old Noah Samuel Brame of 207 August Road in Clemson, and 19-year-old Joey Michael Bisognani of 305 Waxman Way in North Charleston, South Carolina were all booked on public disorderly conduct charges. All the subjects were released from the Detention Center on the same day personal recognizance bonds of $262.50 apiece.
