Oconee County Drug Round-Up: Additional Arrest and Remaining Fugitives

Susan Denise Lockwood

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office has announced an additional arrest in its ongoing drug round-up, which began October 1 with 35 warrants on 23 individuals for controlled purchases of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and prescription drugs, plus conspiracy and accessory charges; as of December 11, 19 suspects have been arrested or served in jail, including the latest—43-year-old Susan Denise Lockwood of Seneca, booked December 10 for one count of methamphetamine distribution and released December 11 on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.

Three others charged remain incarcerated elsewhere (Kerrie Cheyenne Boggs in Anderson County, Shawn Lee Foote II and Joe Navarro III in SCDC facilities) and await service, while authorities seek public tips via Crimestoppers for the remaining fugitives: 38-year-old Lennel Lamar Holden and 36-year-old Joshua Blake Gray, both wanted for methamphetamine distribution.
