February 19, 2020 Submitted by Dick Mangrum

Oconee County Elections Office announces voting changes that’ll affect those who make their way to the polls next week for the Democratic Presidential Preference Primary. For the February 29 vote only, Seneca voters only will vote in the middle school gym, 810 WS 4th Street, instead of the nearby Shaver Recreation Complex. This applies to Seneca voters in boxes 1, 2, 3, and 4. Effective February 29, the following poll locations become permanent: Shiloh voters will no longer vote at the airport. Their new location is the Shiloh fire substation at 1346 Shiloh Road, Seneca. Stamp Creek voters will no longer vote at the McCall Dive Shop. They are to return to the World of Energy, 7812 Rochester Highway, Seneca.
