Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Canon Georgia Man On Domestic Violence, Assault and Battery – High And Aggravated Charges
(Seneca, SC)———————The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Canon, GA man on charges of Domestic Violence – 3rd Degree and two counts of Assault and Battery – High and Aggravated. 48 year old Kenneth Todd Rakestraw is accused in arrest warrants of assaulting a member of his household by punching her in the face. Rakestraw is also accused in arrest warrants of using a knife to cut one victim on the right arm and of stabbing and cutting the left arm of another victim. The incident occurred during the late evening of February 2nd at an address on Lakeshore Drive in Fair Play. Rakestraw was transported from the scene and booked into the Oconee County Detention Center.
Rakestraw was given a combined $55,327.00 surety bond on all charges.
