(Seneca, SC)—–The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Westminster woman and man with one count each of Unlawful Neglect of a Child as a result of an investigation into the death of a one year old.

29 year old Ronnie Glenn Christen and 22 year old Molly Morgan Spivey remain in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center on a $200,000 surety bond apiece after their arrest.

Deputies responded to an address on Bright Eyes Drive in Westminster during the afternoon hours of October 1st in reference to a cardiac arrest, according to the incident report.
