Oconee Sewer Board Reviews Target’s Wastewater Agreement for New Seneca Shopping Center

At Monday’s meeting of the Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority board, members were briefed on the sewer service agreement for the anchor Target store at the developing Thornwell Village retail center on Sandifer Boulevard in Seneca. JRSA official Chris Eleazer informed the board that the store’s projected daily wastewater flow of 25,480 gallons will generate impact fees of $348,056.70 under the authority’s current fee schedule.
