OLLI coming to OC

This spring, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute will be offering some classes in Oconee County, tells Oconee County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Vanessa Penton. “OLLI is coming to Oconee County. OLLI is the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. Of course they’re part of Clemson University and they are located at Patrick’s Square but we have been working with the group and we are bringing them to Oconee County. So, that folks in Oconee County can come a little bit closer to home and partake in the wonderful program that they have. So, this is going to be a good opportunity for folks in Oconee County. Classes will be held in Walhalla and Westminster. So, I tell folks to stay tuned for that because that is going to be coming up in the spring and offer some good opportunities.” Once plans are finalized, the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce plans to formally announce class offering by OLLI in the Golden Corner.
