One Man Charged with Larceny, Another with Drug Trafficking

According to jail records, on Tuesday Seneca Police arrested 35 year-old Jeremy Russell Davis and charged him with four counts of petit larceny, two counts financial identity fraud, and one count each of financial transaction card fraud, malicious injury to property and violent second degree burglary. He remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center with a total bond amount set at more than $32,000.

Also on Tuesday, Oconee County Deputies arrested 40 year-old David Wayne Howard. He was charged with his third or subsequent offense of felony meth trafficking. He was also charged with petit larceny. Further charges are pending and he remains in custody at this time awaiting bond.
