Patrick Square in Clemson Announces Groundbreaking for new Foothills pavilion
(Seneca, SC)—————Patrick Square in Clemson has announced that they will break ground on the new Foothills Pavilion next Tuesday, October 22nd at 10am in an event that is free and open to the public.
The groundbreaking will take place behind the Patrick Square Welcome Center, which is located at 160 Thomas Green Boulevard in Clemson..
The new resident amenities center will mark the beginning of construction in the community’s final collection of homes, which will be called The Foothills at Patrick Square, and will serve as a second social hub for Patrick Square, according to a press release that was issued.
