Pendleton Creative Placemaking Initiative

Anderson School District 4, the Town of Pendleton, and Tri-County Technical College are collaborating on a “placemaking” project to transform Queen Street, between Riverside Middle School and the Doghouse, into a vibrant and creative corridor. The public is invited to provide input on this initiative by attending a public session on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M. at the Riverside Middle School Media Center. Alternatively, those unable to attend can complete an online survey by 5 p.m. on September 5, 2025, to offer their perspective.
