Pets for Vets Events this Weekend

The Oconee Humane Society honors our veterans this weekend with special “Pets for Vets” events. Veterans can adopt a dog or cat for just $10 at PetSmart in the Applewood Center Place in Seneca. It takes place Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, from 10am to 4pm and Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018, Veterans Day, from 11am to 4pm. Simply show a valid veterans ID, fill out an adoption application and then select a forever furry friend to take home. This is part of PetSmart charities’ national adoption weekend.
