Pickens County Coroner’s Office Among Agencies Investigating Fatal House Fire in Easley
(Seneca, SC)——————-The Pickens County Coroner’s Office, along with the Easley Police Department and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, are investigating a house fire in which a 64 year old Easley man died. The incident occurred around 3:01pm yesterday at a residence on North 7th Street in Easley. According to Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelley, the victim, Donnie Rider, was pronounced dead at Baptist Easley Hospital. An autopsy is scheduled for the victim today. According to the Coroner’s Office, the victim’s wife survived the fire.
