Planned Development Presentation For Old Clemson Holiday Inn Property On Tap Tonight For Clemson Planning Commission

(Seneca, SC)———————A presentation on the proposal for a Planned Development will be presented to the Planning Commission for the city of Clemson tonight at 6pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. 

The Planned Development has been proposed to be located at 894 Tiger Boulevard, which is the site of the old Holiday Inn hotel on the Highway 123 by-pass. The applicant is Clemson Dockside, LP of Dallas, TX who is proposing building a mixed use development that will include 322 residential units, approximately 22,000 square feet of commercial space and associated features and amenities. 

The purpose of tonight’s meeting, according to a release from the city of Clemson, will allow the developer to receive feedback and guidance from the Commission to use in the refinement of design details. 

Tomorrow, an informal public meeting will be held from 4pm until 6pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall in order for the developer to communicate and coordinate with surrounding property owners and other interested members of the public.
