Even though the power was out, the Westminster City Council proceeded with its March meeting last night, and they used an emergency portable lighting system to conduct their business, which mainly consisted of the issues surrounding a cabin owned by Mayor Brian Ramey. The cabin sits on city owned property beside the Chauga River. An agreement was finally reached last night that requires the mayor remove the cabin within 45 days at his own expense.
