Primary Runoffs On June 28
The results of the June 14 Statewide Primaries have been certified, and the State Election Commission wants to make sure voters understand the rules for voting in the Primary Runoffs on Tuesday, June 28.
There will be a runoff for a statewide office in both the Democratic and Republican Primaries, which means everyone who voted in the Primaries can vote in the Primary Runoffs. On the Democratic side, there will be a runoff for US Senate, and Republicans will decide a runoff election for the State Superintendent of Education.
An early voting period will be held Wednesday, June 22 through Friday, June 24.
