PRWD Repeals Boil Water Advisory

Pioneer Rural Water District customers no longer need to vigorously boil their water prior to drinking or cooking. This boil water advisory affected customers who live on Fred Dobbins Road off Highway 24 to Prater Gin Road in Anderson County, South Carolina.

This includes all residents on Fred Dobbins Road from Highway 24 to Prater Gin Road and includes Indian Trail Road in Anderson County, South Carolina.

Pioneer Water District’s system pressure has been fully restored to all parts of the distribution system. Bacteriological samples have been analyzed to ensure water quality and safety. For questions or concerns, customers may call 864-972-3082.
