Reynolds denied Bond on Two Counts of Murder

Bond has been denied for 18-year-old Steven Lee Reynolds of Seneca in regards to the double homicide Monday morning on the Utica Mill Hill. Reynolds was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 10:18pm Tuesday night on two counts of murder, two counts of distribution of methamphetamine and one count of distribution of heroin. He was placed into custody without incident at an address on Coffee Road. The Seneca teenager is charged in the shooting deaths of 54-year-old Timothy Wayne Caldwell and 29-year-old David Thomas Tranah, whose bodies were discovered at 14 Padgett Street. After being denied bond on all five charges, Reynolds will now appear before a Circuit Court Judge.
