Salem Man arrested on Meth Charges

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Salem on Saturday, July 21, for distribution of methamphetamine following an undercover drug operation in January. Booked into the Oconee County Detention Center was 31-year-old Justin Lee Humphrey. According to the arrest report, Humphrey sold methamphetamine to an agent of the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division. The incident occurred at an address on Bypass 123 in Seneca. The arraignment judge set a $30,000 surety bond for Humphrey.
