Scribner recognized during SC Industry Appreciation Week

Frank Lamson-Scribner was recently honored as an ambassador for economic development by the Department of Commerce as part of South Carolina’s Industry Appreciation Week. The ceremony took place on the grounds of the Governor’s Mansion and highlighted 47 individuals from 46 counties for their exceptional efforts to bolster community and economic development activities in South Carolina. Lamson-Scribner is the site manager for BASF Catalysts in Seneca. He played a key role in advocating with the company’s leadership on expanding the plant. He has also been a champion of workforce development efforts and helped to increase the quality of the workforce in Oconee County. As a member of the Oconee County Industrial Group, he has helped share best practices and improved the manufacturing sector in the county.
