Seats still available for Alive at 25

Seats are still available for the Alive At 25 classes, which will be held September 7, October 5, November 2, or December 7 at the Hamilton Career Center. This survival course developed by the National Safety Council is designed to deal with inexperience and casual attitudes participants have about driving which can cause violations, collisions, injury or death. Trained law enforcement officers in plain clothes teach the four ½-hour course. The course is $35 per participant, which covers the cost of materials. Schools do not receive any money. Participants may register by logging onto www.scaliveat25.org or by going to the link on their local high school websites. Scholarships are also available through Alive At 25. Students must receive certification from Alive At 25 prior to parking on all high school campuses within the School District of Oconee County.
