Seneca Apartment Complex sells for $10M
A group of California investors recently purchased an apartment complex in Seneca for over $10 million, according to NAI Earle Furman. NAI Earle Furman’s multifamily division announced the sale of Companion at Crescent Pointe, the 144-unit apartment complex that was built in 2005. The property was 95% occupied at the time of sale. NAI Earle Furman represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The Class A property sold for $10,325,000. NAI Earle Furman’s Multifamily team completed over $22 million in transaction volume in 2012 in the Carolinas.
