Seneca Board of Architectural Review Gives Approval for Construction plans at two Downtown seneca locations

(Seneca, SC)———Earlier this week, the Seneca Board of Architectural Review gave their approval for construction plans for two downtown Seneca locations.

One of those location is 119 Ram Cat Alley, which is the location of the Vangeli’s Restaurant and the other location is 403 E. Main Street, which is a proposed pizza establishment right next door to Keowee Brewing Company.

Seneca City Administrator Scott Moulder said that work will continue on the inside in regards to the new pizza establishment and with the approval from the Board of Architectural Review, work will begin on the outside of the building and the construction process will continue.

In regards to Vangeli’s, Moulder said that the restaurant has their building permit, however, the wait continues for approval of the sprinkler system from the state so there can be final approval for the project. However, Moulder said that work on the foundation and some of the preliminary work can go on.
