Seneca Christmas Parade tonight

The Seneca Christmas Parade is tonight and this year’s theme is “A Christmas to Remember.” Seneca Mayor Dan Alexander anticipates a large crowd for a huge parade. “Big Christmas Parade in downtown Seneca sort of kicking off the season. It’s going to be a huge parade with over 130 entries in it and there will probably be a few more come, a lot of churches. I always look forward to it.” Mayor Alexander tells about this year’s grand marshal. “Greg Dietterick this year will be the grand marshal for the parade and I really do appreciate Greg’s service to the City of Seneca over the last 20 years with the majority of that time as City Administrator.” In addition to the parade, at 5:45pm, Mayor Alexander and the Seneca City Council will light the tree and decorations at Norton-Thompson Park.
