Seneca City Administrator Scott Moulder’s Contract to Potentially End Early

Following a unanimous council vote after a closed-door meeting, Seneca is set to end City Administrator Scott Moulder’s contract early on December 31, 2026, instead of its original May 2029 expiration date.

While Mayor Ronnie O’Kelley declined to elaborate on the personnel matter pending a future announcement, Moulder stated he wanted to learn more about the executive session discussions and remained non-committal about whether he will depart or negotiate a new agreement.
