Seneca City Council Approves 30 Acre Purchase Beside Shaver Rec Complex

At Tuesday’s Special Called City Council meeting, the purchase of 30 acres of land adjacent to the Shaver Recreation Complex was approved. The land, which was appraised at $295,000, will be sold to the city for $289,000.
