Seneca City Council To Hold Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting Tonight

(Seneca, SC)————————Seneca City Council will hold their regularly scheduled monthly council meeting tonight in City Hall Council Chambers at 6pm. Among the items on the agenda are recommendations regarding approving changes to the transit routes, a 4th of July entertainment contract, a hydrant use policy for bulk use water haulers and for metered use, a downtown Seneca Merchants Association request in regards to Cinco De Mayo, the Coneross Power Agreement and a recommendation from the Election Commission to move the city elections to November. 

Council is also expected to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter, a contractual matter regarding economic development and property and a legal matter regarding city property. 

There will also be a public comment session and a proclamation regarding Safe Boating Week, which will take place from May 18th thru May 24th.
