Seneca Man Arrested in Stabbing Incident Awaits Bond Hearing
Jeremiah Buster Head, 33, of Snow Creek Road, remains in the Oconee County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing following his arrest in connection with a stabbing incident on Sunday, November 24.
Deputies said they responded to Cedar Valley Lane near South Friendship Road, where an adult male was found stabbed and transported to the hospital. Investigators reportedly determined Head stabbed the male during a physical altercation after a domestic dispute with an adult female, who, along with two children, was present in the residence.
Head faces charges of Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature, Domestic Violence – 2nd Degree, and Possession of a Weapon during a Violent Crime. He was out on bond for a prior Domestic Violence – 1st Degree charge involving the same female victim, deputies said. He will be required to wear a GPS monitoring device should he be released on bond.
