Seneca City Council’s vision for expanding recreational facilities took a major step forward on Tuesday night. Following a motion by Mayor Pro-Tem Ronnie O’Kelley, the council unanimously voted to negotiate with the School District of Oconee County to turn the former Seneca Middle School into a key part of the city’s growing recreation program.
