Seneca Police Arrest Man on Multiple Felony Drug Trafficking Charges
35-year-old Christopher Matthew Belin was arrested by the Seneca Police Department on Monday, December 29, 2025, and booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on multiple felony drug charges, including trafficking in methamphetamine or cocaine base (10–28 grams, first offense), two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine or cocaine base (10–28 grams, third or subsequent offense), trafficking in crack cocaine (28–100 grams, first offense), possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine or cocaine base (first offense), possession of 28 grams or less of marijuana (first offense), possession with intent to distribute Schedule I–II drugs (cocaine, first offense), and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He also has an additional hold from the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services.
