Seneca Police Department Arrests Seneca Man On First Degree Burglary Charges
(Seneca, SC)——————The Seneca Police Department arrested a Seneca man last week on charges of First Degree Burglary and Petit Larceny. 30 year old Justin Grey Smith is accused in arrest warrants of entering a dwelling on West North 1st Street and taking personal property from the property owner, including a firearm. Seneca PD also charged Smith with a charge of Refusal to Accompany an Arresting Officer after Smith encountered officers.
Smith also had an outstanding arrest warrant from the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office for a narcotics violation and was also served a warrant from the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardons for a probation violation.
