Seneca Police Department Arrests Seneca Man On Outstanding Warrants Related To Narcotics Activity

(Seneca, SC)—————The Seneca Police Department arrested a Seneca man on three outstanding warrants related to narcotics activity. 

35 year old Curtis Chason Gurley was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on Wednesday evening. 

According to a case report issued by the Seneca Police Department, Seneca police, responding to a suspicious person’s call on Wednesday, observed an individual matching the description of Gurley in the area of the Seneca Gardens Apartments, Gurley had outstanding warrants with the Seneca Police Department. 

After receiving consent to search an apartment in the complex by the tenant, the officer located Gurley and eventually placed him under arrest after confirming the warrant information. 

Gurley was transported to the Oconee County Detention Center and served the outstanding arrest warrants, which charge Gurley with two counts of Distribution of Crank or Methamphetamine and and one count of Distribution of Cocaine.
