Seneca Police Department Arrests Westminster Woman Over The Weekend On Trafficking In Methamphetamine Charges

(Seneca, SC)—–The Seneca Police Department arrested a Westminster woman over this past weekend on multiple charges, including a charge of Trafficking in Methamphetamine.

63 year old Patricia Diane Baker was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center late Friday evening.

Baker has also been charged with Possession of a Weapon during Commission of a Violent Crime, Simple Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

An officer with the Seneca Police Department executed a traffic stop on a silver in color Ford Focus traveling on W.S. 4th Street Friday evening after seeing the vehicle drive left of center and based on suspension of a DUI.

A K-9 officer detected the presence of narcotics in the vehicle and a search commenced, upon which a quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia, was located inside the vehicle.  A firearm was also located inside the vehicle as well.
