Seneca Proclaims ‘Constitution Week’

The City of Seneca is recognizing Constitution Week. Mayor Dan Alexander issued a proclamation last week, designating September 17th through the 23rd as Constitution Week to encourage citizens to reflect on the importance of the U.S. Constitution.
