Seneca Woman Charged with Animal Cruelty

Jorden Nicole Woerner, age 22 of a Laing Court address in Seneca, is out of jail on bond after her arrest Monday afternoon by Seneca Police.

A warrant alleged that Woerner “did knowingly and willingly leave a K9 locked in a kennel and several cats roam(ing) (an) apartment with no food, water or adequate sanitary conditions for an extended period of time without due care.”

A responding officer reported finding two hungry cats and a caged dog surrounded by animal waste.
