Seneca’s Administrator Provided Update on Harper’s Plaza

According to a report presented yesterday afternoon to the Seneca City Improvements Corporation by City Administrator Scott Moulder, the construction company contracted to build the new Harper’s Plaza requested structural engineers come and inspect a remaining brick wall that dates back to the late 1800s.
