Seneca’s Board of Architectural Review meets tonight at 6pm in Council Chambers at City Hall to Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness Application (Tax Map # 520-29-13-004) from Katie Capelli requesting approval to paint a mural featuring the business’s (Daydrinkers) signage on the front façade of the building. The meeting is open to the public.
