2019 Chick-fil-A Senior Living Expo
SENIOR EXPO FAQ SHEET FOR VENDORS
Do I need to bring a table? No, we provide a table (8ft), two chairs, table cloth, and power (upon email request before the expo).
Can I bring food into the expo? Yes, you can bring food and drinks into the expo. However, lunch will be provided from Chick-fil-A.
Is there WI-FI? Yes, there is WI-FI. The password will be provided on the day of the event as it changes frequently.
Where should I park? If you have a large display please park behind the Shaver Complex. There is a large garage door that can be used to bring in larger displays. There are NO hand trucks at the facility.
When can I set up? Vendors can set up on Wednesday 5/22 between 1pm and 5pm or Thursday 5/23 anytime after 7:15am. The expo doors will open at 9am and the expo will end at 1pm. Please man your booth until the end of the expo.
Where is the Shaver Complex?

It’s right next to Seneca Middle School. The facility is surrounded by baseball fields.
Do I need a raffle at my booth? It’s not required, but we encourage you to have a prize at your booth. It’s a great way to build your email list and create leads. We will have raffle boxes and raffle slips at the WSNW booth at the front of the Shaver Complex if you need them.
Will my table be marked? We will have your business name listed at your table. We will also have staff there on Wednesday 5/22 at 1pm and the morning of 5/23 to assist you.
