Seven Acres of Seneca Property Zoned As Residential

The Seneca Planning Commission agreed Monday night to request city council approval of annexing property on Fairfield Drive in the vicinity of S. Depot Street and Mormon Church Road. Seven acres of land would be zoned as R-10.

Reports stated that the city has been informed of the current owner’s intent to sell the property to a developer, and that nearly two dozen homes could be built on the site.
